Blue Kind partners with owners and operators to provide deal advisory services on both business acquisitions and real estate transactions. We support financial operations, tax optimization, due diligence, deal-structuring and brokerage services in both the M&A and real estate space.

M&A experience includes end-to-end buy-side and sell-side advisory in industries spanning consumer products, digital and e-commerce. 

Real estate experience includes transactions in mixed-use, hotel and office sub-markets. We have structured foreign investment in U.S. assets and U.S. investment in foreign assets. We connect sponsors to the right capital and capital to the right sponsors.

Blue Kind operates as a private investment holding company with investments in real estate, hospitality and various other alternative asset classes.
